Big Apple Bagel
Target
Publix
Pier 1 - it closed right after we moved here, so I suppose they'll never come back.
A store that sells Tennessee made products and items that say Cookeville or Tennessee on them.

I can get behind a Panera bread. Awesome soup and paninis.

The Cumberland Business Journal reported a couple of years ago that a pretty big development was going to be built on Interstate Drive that was going to include a bank, Panera, Buffalo Wild Wings, and TGI Friday's. Well, the bank was built (Progressive Savings) but it stalled after that. I could see Panera and BWW doing very well in Cookeville.

TGI Fridays... Not a fan. They've tried 3 times here locally and been ran out every time. Lousy food and service, at least locally.

Never tried Buffalo Wild Wings.

Is the development built and just vacant?

No, Only the bank was built. The rest is just vacant land.

There is a BWW in My Juliet, plus they were a staple back home before we moved here. Great atmosphere, wing are good, not great.

There used to be a McAlister's where the El Tap on Willow is. Didn't make it.

We went to the McAlisters @ Turkey Creek last fall. Didn't care for it. Jason's Deli blows them away.
