If you could have just one wish to bring a business to Cookeville, what business/service would that be?

My wish is for a Super Target

Yes, Target!! It doesn't have to be a Super Target for me although that would be nice. The new Target near my house in Knoxville isn't a Super Target but it's still pretty sweet.

Other things I'd love to see in Cookeville:

Publix
Back Yard Burger (other than the one on campus)
Publix
Five Guys
Publix
a Cuban restaurant
Publix
a Greek restaurant
Publix
Best Buy
Publix
an IMAX theater
Publix

I love Einstein's. There's one on campus here at U.T., I eat there about once a week. Oh I'm sure some purists will say that their bagels aren't "authentic" but who cares, they're still really good. If Great Harvest had bagels you can bet they'd be excellent since everything else they have is amazing (I've been known to drive to Cookeville just for their sourdough bread).

No kidding! I'm really surprised there's not an IKEA in Nashville. And I am still very surprised (and annoyed) that there's not a Target in Cookeville.

Culver's

YES!!!!! Whenever we go to visit my in-laws in Wisconsin, a stop at Culver's is a MUST for the Best Custard anywhere.

We would like to see a good used book store. Like maybe a swap-type store.
