Hey hey that water in not rancid! Lol.

The bay front is nice but people need to realize CC has a slow growth rate and jobs are not exactly streaming in. I love CC and we have a house in Aransas Pass and frequnt the area 10 times a year. I think the island is more primed for growth than the bay front.

Wow~! I saw the construction site but there is no sign as to what it will be. That place is just around the corner from me.

Let me guess,,, Panda Express is just another fast food outlet, like Taco Bell but with an Asian accent . And for that we allow one discontent Moderator cut: see note to call our city sub par. Good luck with that.

I've got better things to do.

Wow, I never really thought of Corpus in a negative light like that at all. When I visited last it seemed more or less like a nice little town. Though I don't know whats with the weird obsession with Panda Express. Its terrible 3rd class Chinese food! I don't know if its just because most Texans typically don't travel out of state much and don't know what good Chinese food is, but if you want REAL Chinese food, go to New York City and try the food around lower Manhattan. Now THAT is Chinese food. But back on topic, I liked Corpus when I was last there, but I don't live there so I guess my take on the city is irrelevant anyways.

Panda Express food is very skimpy and not that fresh. If you prefer a full stomach, you would not like this food. Yalee's down saratoga was good until they got the idea that they needed to be a full service sit down restaurant.
