Default I took the job, moving to Corpus

I accepted an offer last night to move to CC....We are very excited.
Hopefully the mexican food is better in Texas than it is here in GA....
Can't wait to move to the Lone Star State !

Lol....yeah, you will find some good mexican food; however, much of it will be Tex-Mex food....a category unto itself .

i just moved to South Texas from Georgia in October. i am originally from North Texas. Georgia does not know Mexican food....trust me. you are coming to Mexican food mecca of taqueria's galore. make sure you take a trip down to Progreso Mexico for SAFE shopping and incredible cheap dining and duty free liquor etc..........it's only little over 2 hour drive for ya. i went last week. it was GREAT

Thanks Belle...I am originally from the Southwest....so I have really been missing good Mex food....I can't wait to get out of GA.

Congratulations on the job! There is a restaurant under the big bridge at Corpus called Snoopy's, I have not been in a couple of years (been overseas) but they have GREAT Fried Shrimp and fantastic fresh seafood.

I am in Savannah...I am in the aerospace business...Probably moving within 30-45 days. Don't have a official start date yet.

ah you must work for Gulfstream then! i almost dated a guy who worked there...until i met his ex-wife who worked with me at the hospital and found out the real deal about him he he....
i used to work at the prison right there next to Gulfstream..heard the engines warm up all the time! so cool

Yes I work for Gulstream...LOL I'm going back to work for Boeing....I worked for them for over 10 yrs before Gulfstream....I get back all of my time.
I can't wait to get out of here...the crime here is sooooo bad.
I drive by that prison every day , to and from work....
