Default looking for a place to rent in Corpus Christi but....

I have a tall order. I am in need of a place that has some land for my horses...like 5 acres or so and has to be within 25 miles of Corpus. I am in the medical field and I am willing to commute a little.

Also, If I am unable to find this tall order, is there any place/person that has alot of land that needs to be grazed that I could rent? Thanks in advance for the answer and sorry if this has been asked, but I searched and couldn't find a question like this.

Hello and thanks. I have tried Craigslist. Its a great resource however most people are trying to sell...we want to rent at first and get a feel for the area before making a large commitment of buying in an area we don't really like. Which are the best areas to have a horse in the area? Perhaps we can just start there. thanks again in advance for your help.

I feel sure there is something available - it's just not going to be easy to find. There are a lot of small towns/farming communities near Corpus but any rental is not going to show up on the internet.

A real estate agent in Calallen/Annaville might be able to help you. Robstown is close enough, so is Taft. There is nothing now on Craig's List but something could show up any day. Another option might be to contact some of the CC vets and see if they know of something.

Good Luck
