I don't put a whole lot of stock in CD stats. They still have Hutto's population at 1,250 and it's now 17,000.

Of course, there's crime everywhere because people are everywhere. I only commented to the poster, not you, about CD mentioning crime in CC is not low according to the stats on the internet, but of course, we should just figure it out for ourselves rather than read any stats that are posted.

Thank you for your mighty fine response.
OH MY .... Thank you for explaining that you have NEVER lived in Corpus Christi. That helps a lot.

Cheers,

You're right; I mustn't speak of which I know nothing. Would you please give me the link to Fortune's best places to live. Apparently there is more than one, I'm viewing an oldie, or I'm blind because I can't find Corpus in Fortune's 100 best places to live.

Ok, now that's funny.

According to Keeper, all opinions are welcome. I think that's how we make our decisions, by hearing all sides.

Thanks for being honest Canine.

In my day, I had the same problem, but it was usually with white guys and wives because I never lived in the type of place you did in south Texas. Actually, I used to think it was quite funny how they'd squirm and I didn't do a thing to deserve it. Insecurity ruled those ladies and obviously, the relationship they were in wasn't what a relationship should be. Anyway, I'm glad you're out of there and in central Texas where things are much different.
My thoughts exactly. I've also seen a pic of NotAm and I can imagine there were a lot of jealous women there. I like that~"steal their 5 foot 2 husbands...."

Aren't they supposed to keep up with that stuff on their own? If they don't, then they know now. Anyway, if the population numbers aren't currently accurate, then what else that they have listed isn't? That's my point.
