floridalooking is on a distinguished road
I live on the southside and the major streets out here are all being redone which can back up traffic. Even with that, it's not much of a problem. The traffic problem is mostly 2 times a year. Right before school starts and everyone is out shopping and at Christmas when they're doing the same. Then you can wait through a traffic light 4 times before you get through at the major places in town like by the malls on SPID.
The traffic here at rush hour is less than the traffic on the LA freeways at 3 am

Desert Eagle Do a search Dept of Transportation Traffic survey or Texas A&M -that study is now a year or so old. I've driven in most cities and it seems right to me. The reason Buffalo is at the top with corpus is that the highways and roads were built to service a population of 600,000 as that was the projected pop in the 1940's. 1946 was the peak year and ever since it has declined and now is almost exactly the same as Corpus Christi. So-- put 275,000 people on a road system designed for more than double that and its fun. Corpus ranks up there too, but I'm not sure why.
