Default We are moving to Corpus

Good morning,

My wife and I are planning to move to Corpus quite soon. We are supposed to close on our house on 30 May and will be there sometime towards the end of June.

Does anybody know anything about the Kings Garden area of Corpus and/or the country club there. We are not golfers at all so there is no concern or necessity of info about golf.

Thanx for taking the time to answer us - Jw and Uw

Hi! I live in CC, but because of work, I'm not going to be able to respond right now. I should have a chance tomorrow. I've posted a lot about CC recently and you can search on this website.

I don't know anything about the subdivision you're asking about other than they are newer homes in a fast growing area of CC.

Default Just moved to CC

I just moved here a month ago. I live near Country Club. It's quite nice. I did not find a home that I liked. But it still looks very nice.
I live in Brighton village, whichis just down the road from there.
If there's anything else you want to know just ask.
Where will you be working ?

The King's Crossing Country Club is for sale and there's some sort of controversy about it but I don't know what it is. I would be sure and ask though if you're looking in the neighborhood because if it sits there for sale for a while it could get run down, etc. Plus if it's not open and you were hoping to swim or play tennis you'd want to know about that. And I have no idea what the sale or lack of sale would do to property values in the subdivision.
