MIAMI -- A man is being treated at the hospital after falling five stories onto a lower deck of a cruise ship from Key West.

The man's condition is not yet known. A Miami-Dade Fire Rescue spokeswoman says he fell from the eighth story onto a wooden deck. He was then transported to the trauma center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

On the contrary, if he was as intoxicated as the article suggests he's probably already forgotten about it.

LOL How many stories did you think cruise ships have? Most have 10+. All of the cruise ships I've been on had 12 stories.

Never been on a ship, nor do I plan on doing one, so I was guessing maybe 3 or 4? Guess thats what I get for 'thinking' lol.

Better steer clear of those cruise ships, Power Surge. You might be the next one falling to the lower decks!

Some of them have 12 or more. There is a new one coming out that will be the size of a small city.
Cruiseships now have Rock Climbing walls, Bowling Alleys, Non stop entertainment, 2-3 swiming pools, hot tubs, bars, lounges and more.
Its not expensive to cruise as some think. You get all your meals included, and more than 3 a day.
In March I took a short 1, 5 days, was less than $1000 for 2. Ship was bigger than that one.

That was happened before and its usually someone that drinks to much.
