I just booked a Southern Caribbean Cruise that I'll be taking with two teenagers-

any advice on excursions or must see on the following islands?

San Juan
St. Thomas
St. Lucia
St. Kitts

Keep in mind, these are teenagers- it needs to be exciting and interesting for them.

We are booked on a similar trip for next week. In our past cruising experience, all of the "tree top adventures" tours have been excellent and are perfect for teens. You basically zip down zip lines over the tree canopy. It's great.

I can only speak for St. Lucia. It's a beautiful island. I would say that if you have the chance to go to the weekly fish festival you should go. It's a great time with the locals. I would stay to stay within the area where the festival is. The bathrooms are just outside of it. Go together or with a trusted person.
I heard the volcano is not all that special, but I didn't go so I really don't know.

I can not remember exactly which island, but probably many have a stingray snorkel type excursion where they take you to a sandbar via boat and the sting rays come and swim around.
