I don't know if there's any other threads about Jodi Arias, so....thought I'd start one!

So, what do you all think? She's guilty, she even admit it...or is her mind in such a "fog" she's forgotten just WTH did happen? Sad, anyone should be so hard up for a guy..........

I like the title... "Jodi Arias?" because when I read or hear anything about it I say, "Jody Arias?"

Being retired, I have been watching every min of the trial. If you watch Jodi's expressions, they tell you that she does not understand how serious this is. She acts like she this is not about her.

I think Juan did a great closing and managed to put the whole story together and even filled in some of the gaps for me. Nurmi just phoned it in, I think that he even believes that Jodi is guilty.

She already admitted guilt long before the trial ever began. her guilt was never in question.

The only question is what her sentence will be. She requested her sentence come from a jury, not a judge.

The jury will decide if she gets life with parole, life with no parole, or the death penalty.

Because it's Arizona, I think she will get the death penalty. Personally, I think it should be life without parole, because that is a lot cheaper for the state than it is to execute her.

I just don't understand why we should give people like this our attention.

^^^ It's a fascinating trial on many levels...it has it all, sex, religion, claims of abuse, a violent killing of a male by a female, and quite a bit of inadvertent humor. It's way more real than reality tv. I don't think people are watching to "give her attention," rather they are hoping this trial will turn around their belief in the justice system after Casey Anthony was acquitted.
