I DON'T CARE THAT TRAYVON CIRCLED BACK. There would be no confrontation if zimm stays in his truck and let the police do their job. He went and started a confrontation with a 17 year old kid. Lo and behold the 17 year old made a poor choice and now he is dead. Zimmerman is an adult with a gun. The responsibility is with him not to be stupid but he was.
Why you think I should feel okay with the facts laid out by the only true witness to a murder is beyond all comprehension.

There would have been no confrontation (also) if he kept going rather than went back looking for a fight... Is equally true if not moreso.
C'mon people whether you think Zimmerman is innocent or guilty our legal system is designed to weed out false positives (convictions), not false negatives (acquittals). "It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer"...this is why we have innocent before proven guilty.

You can't tell what a person's background is just by look at them! That is why people made such a big deal about Trayvon wearing a hooded sweatshirt. People may perceive him as a thug because of a simple thing such as a sweatshirt and how he is wearing it. It's a double standard. That is where I have the issue with racially profiling someone. Two people of different races could be wearing the exact same outfit but the public may perceive differently based on race.
Well im satisfied that the police will only bother the black people with gang tats, cornrows and ganja smoke coming out of their neon colored Donk Chevys on 24s with loud music coming out. I mean, they'd never bother black people who aren't conveniently a visual stereotype.
This verdict sends a twisted message about the value of life in American society.
