A 28-year-old man was charged with two counts of felony animal cruelty after video surfaced of him allegedly dragging a puppy on a leash down a street in Los Angeles, the District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.
Video shows Dossey James, 28, repeatedly dragging a puppy up and down a street allegedly because the dog refused to walk, according to a new release from the Los Angeles Police Department.
I hope there is some way to keep this monster from every owning an animal again especially since this is not his first offense. Of course this would come after locking him up for, let's say, at least the puppy's lifetime plus another twenty.
In a case like this they should have given the guy a taste of his own...drag him up and down the street...I agree with Minervah that he should never be able to own another animal again.
This guy needs to fixed so he can not have any kids.
