The Italian court annulled Knox’s not guilty verdict, which was won in appeals court. This guilty charge is in the same court, so this isn't double jeopardy. It's like OJ being tried again for the murders, despite the verdict, because it was later discovered that Judge Ito was sleeping with one of the defense lawyers.
She was found guilty and should be extradited for what she did. Justice must be served. Her actions caused the loss of Meredith Kercher's life.

I think after being in prison four years for a crime she didn't commit, she'll be just fine with staying in the US for the rest of her life.
There is literally not a shred of DNA evidence against her. Rudy Guede managed to leave his hand print, his fingerprints, and his shoe print in Meredith's blood, yet none of the same exists for Amanda. Oh, and he also left his poop in the toilet.
Amanda Knox's parents were on ABC World News proclaiming their finances were drained because of this.
