Hmmm, Maybe they should make him drink and filter all the water.. sounds like a math exam, How long would it take 1 person to drink 38 million gallons...........

If they didn't dump all the water, with everybody knowing that it had been slightly compromised, ambulance chasers on TV would be rounding up allegedly sick people to sue.
