This has got to be one of the lowest of the low down deceitful schemes I've ever seen. This is the sort of ruse which leads desperate women to kidnap new borns and even worse. I think any man not in a comitted relationship with a trusted partner should arrange for a doctor- confirmed pregnancy test before taking any action one way or the other.

I don't see the connection between selling pee and kidnaping babies but I agree that men should get a medical verification of pregnancy if in doubt before making any big decisions. Or at least watch her pee on a stick. I not sure how much deceiving can be done because in a few months it will be obvious if there is a pregnancy.

You'd be surprised how often it happens a woman lies about being pregnant and her SO or family has no idea it is a big hoax. Fake bellies are available. And people want to believe such good news.
I know I've read about babies being kidnapped (even women murdering pregnant women for their soon- to- be -born baby) and they had faked a pregnancy for months and now need a baby. Very unbalanced people for sure. But somebody who would show a bought positive pregnancy test has something sinister in mind in the first place.

Why would anyone want to pretend they are pregnant...?

In my experience it kills the relationship or makes it more serious than it should be. Why not just have fun while you can?

No, actually, I'm not surprised. I've known people to have a pregnant friend pee on a stick for them. I also know a guy that married his first wife because he thought she was pregnant. In reality, she already had a child and kept the positive pregnancy test for that one. He told me that she said that her daughter scribbled on it to cover up the date, or something like that. She actually did get pregnant right after they married. This girl was a piece of work. Someone else that was with her in the past said that she would go into the basement and raise a ruckus, yelling,"Stop hitting me!"

Investigation Discovery has stories on women who've baited pregnant women online just to kill them and cut their babies out of their wombs. Last night, there was a story about a woman that tried to get her married lover to leave his wife by telling him that she was pregnant AND that she had terminal cancer. At best, these women are desperate; at worst, they have a serious personality disorder.
