The same could be said for the United States, the only country to have their Olympics bombed by domestic terrorists. That right there, should put the US on a black list for holding future Olympics, by your standards.

Or cancelled due to colossal expense.

Default Olympics in Rio not going too well

Sochi didn't work out all too well just 3 months ago, either.

The 2002 Utah Olympics had its share of snafus too, as I recall.

I have been a tourist there 7 or 8 times. I can't wait to go again later this year. My favorite travel destination in the world.

The recent Sochi games came in at around $50 billion.. If thats the new price to host the Olympics you'll have a lot of disgruntled tax payers in future Olympic venues. Speaking for Montrealers we dont want the Olympics..
