He is currently in Jordan speaking to a full stadium. While I was watching it, someone came up to one his associates and whispered something. As it passed from person to person it reached the person to the left of him. At which time that person stepped behind the Pope and removed his small white head covering (skull cap).

Do you think someone thought it was a sign of Jews, who call it a kippa, and had it removed for that reason? Thoughts?

About 15 minutes later they gave him a much larger one and he couldn't get it to stay in place so he put on his Papel Tiara.
