And then to think what we've allowed to happen to our own country as a result of our PC foolishness.

What do radical Muslims have to do with political correctness?

No. Absolutely not.

If these are just fringe lunatics within a group then you are absolutely correct and please forgive my ignorance and my obsessions.

You may notice that no where in the Article is the woman"s religion mentioned? Lahore is predominately Punjab and a fairly large number of Punjabi's are Hindu.

Quote:
Punjabi is the native language of the province and is the most widely spoken language in Lahore. Punjabi is the primary means of communication in both the city and adjoining rural areas. Punjabi has no official status in Lahore and some Punjabi activists have raised demands for recognition of Punjabi.[2] English has become increasingly popular with educated and younger people due to its official status in government and preferred language status for business. Many Punjabi speakers in Lahore are known as Majha Dialect Of Punjabi. According to the 1998 census, 86.2% or 6,896,000 of the population are Punjabis; 10.2% or 816,000 are Urdu speakers and the Seraikis, at 0.4%, number about 32,000.[3]
SOURCE

It is quite common for Hindu women to be killed by their family if they marry a Muslim.

Quote:
The feudal notion of women as property, and as repositories of family and community honour make any inter-religious marriage risky. But when a Hindu girl marries a Muslim, she fights not only her family, but also the entire Hindu-dominated Establishment.
SOURCE

I do not know if the woman was Muslim or Hindu, but being in Lahore it could be either. The OP link does not say and neither does the Lahore Hindu Newspaper.

You made dubious/erroneous claims without doing any real research.

94% percent of Lahore's population is Muslim, and the largest minority are Christians at 5.8%. The vast majority of Punjabi Hindus live in the Indian states of Haryana and Punjab. Also if you knew anything about names, you'd recognize that both the woman who was stoned to death and her fiancee had Muslim names.

Fringe lunatics within a group. . . . .

Within a group of lunatics that allow and sanction the fringe lunatics to stone women to death.

The fringe lunatics only get away with what those who are able to stop them choose to allow to continue to happen.
