Anyone who knows someone from Canada or England will tell you how horrible getting fast and good healthcare is in those countries.

Au contraire--my Brit friends all make an annual trip home for dental and vision and also if it is something major but not urgent. My spouse is a Brit as well, and hates our health care system compared to his. Your "info" is the real propaganda.
