What is strange about this case is that in many states, including Florida, you lose your right to vote if you are a convicted felon and must petition the state to get your civil rights back, So while Mr. Jordon Haskins may be able to run for Office he can't vote for himself. The true irony here is that it is the Republicans who do not want repeal of any laws prohibiting ex-felons from voting.

In a lot of states you have to be a registered voter to file nominating petitions to appear on the primary ballot.
If he doesn't get elected I hope to God he doesn't get a job giving jump starts for AAA.
