I swear nobody could make this stuff up. he and the Oklahoma fellow who claims his opponent is really dead should get together and start their own Party of the Weird.
Lol. And people wonder why the country is going downhill? The fact that this bozo is serious and probably believes he can get elected is bizarre in itself. How can people make jokes about Florida when Oklahoma exists as an actual state?
when I saw this thread I was going to make a comment along the lines of "I thought what someone did in the privacy of their bedroom was no one else's business"...but I don't think that would apply to what someone is doing in a stranger's car.
Whatever happened to Jimmy McMillan and the party of The Rent's Too Damn High?
In Alaska, lots of folks used to vote for Joe Vogler, a candidate who was so serious about Alaska pulling out of the U.S. that he was going to give a speech at the U.N. sponsored by the government of Iran. He was a character. He used to campaign in a leather jacket with his fist in the air. No power ties for Joe.
But neither were convicted felons. Nor any reports of odd sexual fetishes involved other people's cars.
He realizes he has an uphill battle to get elected to a seat long held by Democrats. He says, “You may not respect my policies, you may not respect my ideas, but you at least have to respect me as a person.”
Actually, no... I don't really think I do. The thing I find most amazing about this guy is that if that were me, I'd never do anything the rest of my life that drew attention to the fact that I'd gone to prison twice for masturbating in someone else's car. I sure as heck wouldn't be running for political office and putting it on the front page of half the newspapers in the country.
