A semen stain on a dress does not prove, nor was it ever proven that sex occurred. Clinton admitted to a inappropriate relationship, but it has never been proven he lied. My thoughts on this solemn matter:

1. Did he tell other inmates he was in the "joint" for "cranking" or car breaking/entering?
2. Is it not the same thrill if he used his own car?
3. Is there a business opportunity to make a portable, bedroom version?

Weiner didn't really have a fetish, he was just sexting. That is something that so many young people do that there are apps just for doing it. This guy was taking the spark plugs out of cars and beating off to the sound of the engine... which is pretty weird.
