Not so fast, Bean. The Fourth Circuit reversed the lower court ruling this afternoon.

The Supreme Court will handle Obama.

Yeah and all they are doing is applying the law.

Yeah, that ruling that said the ACA is legal was a real blow. The GOP has been trying to destroy the working class Americans since Teddy Roosevelt's Progressives lost favor. The Southern Bluedog KKK card carrying members in congress are now Republicans. Let the bigotry role!

Man! Now you're digging up poor old Teddy's bones.

Sorry, but this post is bizarre.

1. The Democrats passed this badly written law and parts are not standing up in court. And that becomes "the GOP is trying to destroy the working class."

Maybe next time the Democrats should read the bill before they pass it, and this won't happen again. (Surely you haven't forgotten Pelosi's infamous "we have to pass the bill to find out what's in it"?

2. "The Southern Bluedog KKK card carrying members in congress are now Republicans." SERIOUSLY?? Exactly which members of Congress are you referring to? Because if I remember history correctly, KKK members were primarily Southern Democrats.

I read the ACA bill before it was passed. The whole thing. And it was loaded with problems and things that I thought at the time wouldn't stand up in court--and a number of the provisions have already been thrown out so they wouldn't face court scrutiny.

Maybe we could stick to the subject of writing a bill that will stand up in court instead of the ever-handy "racist" chants.

Absolutely. The Republicans may have TRIED to destroy working class Americans but Obama and the Democrats succeeded in destroying working class America. America as a whole for that matter.
