Then again I've already heard they want a jury that will indite the LEO for fear that anything less, will result in riots. Apparently a black congressman has publicly stated as much.
AW yes. Indictment PLUS conivction or there will be riots in the street.
Mob rule has taken over in Ferguson. The domestic terrorists there (the media calls them "protesters") have threatened all manner of violence if Officer Wilson isn't arrested immediately.
Apparently these domestic terrorists didn't pay attention in civics class when the rule of law was taught.
Takes a little time to gather evidence, listen to testimony and arrive at a decision.
They just want the big bad evil cop arrested immediately.
Is "Doesn't believe there is enough evidence to warrant an arrest..." treated the same as leaking what that evidence is/is not? or what is said during grand jury hearings when it comes to determining jury misconduct for any grand jury?
In other words, at least as far as the Washington Post story goes, what you have is a juror's general opinion not any release of evidence information/testimony/DA instruction supposed to be kept secret coming from the grand jury hearing. The juror said the equivalent of "I think it's going to be a nice day" without telling the temperature, wind chill factor, pollen levels or precipitation percents that lead to the nice day statement.
I don't know the rules for grand jury so I'm truly asking the question. Is a feelings assessment of how things are going with no back-up/detail given for that assessment treated the same as actually telling what evidence/testimony led to that juror's opinion --- when it comes to determining jury misconduct?
The problem is that rioters were not all gut-shot in 68, like they should have been. Would have saved so much hassle and lives since (and in the future).
