If PWC didn't bother investigating CC's claims, and fired him by simply going on what CC claimed, then PWC didn't do their "due diligence" and they should be accountable for it.

Reading tge Ars Tecnhica articel, it looks like vengence and not a legit beef. Who knows if CC was even inna role privy to the comcast account in any substanative way.
