Still representative of your anti-American non-Constitutional thoughts. If a cop hit everyone that tried to talk their way out of a traffic violation with a metal nightstick, a good portion of the drivers on the road would be driving around with post-fractured skulls.

Just another middle age man with a big(little) D@#k complex who sees himself above the law. These laws against drunk driving are too lenient. He looks much older than just 42; not aging well, buddy.
