Unless he had an undiagnosed heart defect and died from the taser jolt, in which case the cops would be denounced as ... "MURDERERS !!!"

Or they could have pepper sprayed him real good triggering a fatal asthma attack, in which case the cops would be denounced as ... "MURDERERS !!!"

Or the guy might have had a real loaded gun and begun shooting innocent people, in which case the cops would be denounced for ... "DOING NOTHING !!!"

Expert: Video shows slain boy's hands in pockets when shot

Tamir Rice did not have enough time to remove his hands from his pockets before being shot and his hands were not visible to the officer, according to the report released late Friday night

Previous reports concluded that Loehmann shot Tamir within 2 seconds of opening his car door. The new analysis determined it happened even faster, within less than a second, according to the review by California-based shooting reconstruction expert Jesse Wobrock.

With the patrol car windows rolled up, Tamir could not have heard commands to show his hands, Wobrock added.

The new report and two others from experts already used by the family are the latest analysis of evidence to be released as a grand jury considers whether to bring charges against the officers in Tamir's death.

GUILTY!

All cops needs body and car cams running full time and have 3rd party independent auditors in handling of video evidences. The video surfaced because of pressure, normally the police would discard them to protect their own.

The head of the police including the mayor should both be fired. Not one, we the people need to be serviced by public servants that are accountable.

Then it's a different story, since it sure appeared to be a criminal act.
Loehmann apparently told Rice 'three' times to raise his hands within that 2 second window of shooting him. Yeah, sure he did.

Loehmann's father said his son had no choice
"Loehmann has returned to work from administrative leave, but is not back on patrol."
Tim Loehmann, Cleveland officer who shot Tamir Rice, 12, had no choice, cop's dad says - CBS News

I hope both cops go down for this one.
He pointed a gun at a cop, bad move by the kid. The cops probably could have shown more restraint, but until we know all the facts, chill out with the cop hatred.

No, he didn't 'point the gun at a cop'. Catch up.

No reason for me to "chill" since there is no cop hatred on my part. Just because I have a very low personal opinion of Loehmann doesn't mean I hate him.
smh
