Maybe then society should not send Police to such mental cases but trained people who have shots they can use. But I am sure that even then mental experts would use restraint on a violent person. No matter the cause they are just as likely to hurt someone has any other violent person. Reality

Cops are not qualified social workers, this woman needed to be brought to a facility better equipped to deal with her issues and not put in jail. It should not take a judge at a pre trial hearing to order a mental evaluation of someone to get them the help they need which I am sure is not incarceration with the general prison population.

I think many people mistake "homicide" for "murder". Homicide is death by other than natural causes in M.E. speak.
Could be a heart attack brought on by the stress of restraint, choking on ones own vomit after a fight with police etc.
