The Two French Terrorists are dead but they were suicide killers and planning to exchange their lives for the 12 plus they killed.

The terrorists won this one easily.

Why doesn't France look the other way and at least allow some vigilante groups to attack Islamic Radicals in their country. Its not nice but the other radicals are safe sound and happy to kill the cartoonists. Don't they need to feel some terror?

I am all for killing as many Islamic radicals as can be found.. but problem is the "woops" factor. I don't like Pierre over there, so I kill him.. "I thought he was an Islamic radical"...

However, their army, police, whatever should absolutely actively be seeking and destroying any radical factions found in their country.

I assume that if they did that, they would have to have a fool-proof way to identify those Islamic Radical Terrorists from other completely innocent Muslims that aren't terrorists. Otherwise, those vigilante groups wouldn't be much different or better than the terrorists.

That wouldn't be a good idea. The French do not want to start a tit-for-tat body count with Muslim terrorists due to their past colonialism in Africa.

This is dumb.

A far better idea is to immediately revoke the citizenship of anyone found supporting terror, and deport them to the country of their parents' or grandparents' origin. Or, put them in prison for life instead of releasing them after 15 months as was done in this case.

No, the French do not need to encourage vigilante justice because their system is weak. They need to fix their system.

France has castrated their population, made them sheep, and now you want sheep to go hunting wolves? No. France's government did this, and France's government needs to fix this.

France was too accommodating to the Muslims, the French gave up their sovereignty in some areas allowing Muslim enclaves to establish "no go" zones where French police were not allowed to go but Muslims could have sharia law, practice female genital mutilation and other things that are technically against French law.

Just my view and opinion. We let them come and live in western countries for a higher quality of life and for a more safer and civilized environment from which they can pursue their dreams, have well earning careers, with endless possibilities, then they exploit the freedoms therein....and begin to display their extremist views gradually, and then, at that point in time, their true motives are unveiled, as well as the true feelings about the generous host country, which they have migrated to, calling for sharia law, and really, what it is, is a deceptive ploy to multiply, exploit, and quietly take over the host body, similar to the actions of a flatworm and other parasitic life forms we see in nature. At that point it is too late, and the host body has now been overtaken by its parasite. Just my view and opinion.

This would not even be possible under the US Constitution. I'm not familiar with French law, but I have a feeling, it is simply not that easy a solution due to the laws of most countries. Revoking citizenship is very serious. Since the majority of the citizens are innocent, you could end up with a Nazi-like environment.

True, it would have to be applied only when there is damning evidence present. Canada however is instituting a new law that would allow it to revoke the citizenship of dual nationals without a court process (i.e. at the discretion of the immigration minister, with no chance for appeal). That's probably going a bit too far.
