In the video the principal shows a court order for the ban. If I understand correctly (@ 8:00) there is (also?) a family court order restricting his visitation rights with his son. I know parents who have been barred from school premises. They were all dicks and deserved it.

Same can be said of teachers and school administrators. We don't see the whole incident nor the outcome of the incident so to say such things about the father in the video is premature.

The court order allows him to see his son 3 times a year under supervision - that may not make him a dick but shows that a family court believes he is danger to his son and/or not to be trusted. At 15:00 he tries to dash into the school and is escorted out. As the police officer says - the father's video "is being recorded purely and solely as an engineered incident for some other aim". The school was correct to bar him and call the police to sort it out.

What the school had was the mother's "judge approved" divorce decree stating she would allow Dad to contact the kid through whatever means (photos) 3x a year. Christmas, the kid's birthday and in September - for whatever reason in September.
So Dad can't go to the school and watch his kid in a play?
The school didn't have paperwork spelling that out - that dad wasn't allowed to see his kid performing in a play.
Mom needed a restraining order to make it super clear (but then why allow contact through any means 3x a year if Dad is so evil?) and she apparently didn't have one, and neither did the school.
Siding with the dad on this one until he turn up being an abusive jerk off as opposed to a victim of a vindictive ex.

Can you read the paper to see it is a court order? As a school administrator, she does have the authority to not allow someone onto school property. That's the main reason why police escorted him out. I just feel there's more to this story than we're seeing in the video. These two may have a bad blood history and she may be using her position to keep him away from the school out of spite. Your view of the father may be the correct one. But this video isn't enough to make assumptions.
Its a school overseas, I have no idea what the laws are there, or how its handled. I find the guys blog to be the rambling over the top nonsense that makes me suspicious. Heres an example:

The aftermath of his "violent assault" seems pretty mild. And the discussion about how he has already tried a out of court settlement, screams that he is trying to extort money most likely. Again all of this is my opinion, but reading it doesn't fill me with any urge to try and make this guy a public figure.

The father does not have custody.
When the female police officer was reading from the court order, she said the father was allowed 'indirect' contact by providing letters/photos 3 times a year, and the mother was directed to allow the child to see them.
With ONLY 'indirect' contact in place in the Court Orders, that means NO direct contact with the child, including turning up at the school when the child is there. Not even supervised contact. That's only put in place when there is evidence that the parent is a risk to the child eg mental health issues, abuse, sexual abuse or grooming etc. The letters/photos would normally need to be vetted first by a 3rd party eg independent children's lawyer (ICL), psychologist or social worker before the child sees them.
The orders would not have been put in place just from unsubstantiated allegations by the other parent. Contrary to what some men's groups will tell you, the Family Courts in Britain also take 'parental alienation' into account, where one parent tries to turn the child against the other parent or withholds contact. The courts have no desire to stop children having a meaningful relationship with both their parents unless there is a significant risk of harm to the child.
The father lied about there being no court order, asked the female police officer not to read out a paragraph (something he didn't want recorded on his video?), there was a pause in the recording where we missed something else being said, then he rushed the guy wearing the yellow jacket trying to get into the school hall and claimed that the guy had attacked him. As the male police officer tried to point out, the father had no regard at all for the impact on his son or the other children if he had barged into the hall and a caused a scene.
The school and the police officers were doing the right thing by asking him to leave. I thought they handled the situation quite well.
The 61 year old guy (with a 4 year old son?) also sounds rather 'disturbed' on his blog.
A little more investigation and it appears that this John Allman may have Paranoid Schizophrenia. He says he is campaigning against human rights abuse from some unnamed agency persecuting him with 'thought control', harassing him with 'directed energy weapons' and causing him to hear voices.
