We have mentally ill people who just keep falling threw the cracks. Didn't someone at the hospital notice something wrong with her when she had this baby? This poor baby did nothing and deserved a better life.

We no longer have the facilities to treat our mentally ill.

In this case she should be introduced to a long ladder and a short rope as quickly as possible.

Birth control should be freely and widely available to all women.

Agree. With the reporting simply focusing on an evil, horrible woman who burned her baby to death, I wonder what sort of history of mental illness she may have had, and if anyone had any concerns the whole nine months she was pregnant, gave birth, and took a newborn home...and if anybody did anything about it.

It is. But you can't force anyone to use it.

Worse was a case in Ohio last year where a woman put an infant in a microwave.

I say ''an eye for an eye'' and let's not waste our tax payer dollars feeding and housing this evil for it's lifetime.

Let the townsfolk gather 'round and toss the match.
