We all know the media too well, the lack of details, the lack of profiles of the victims, leaving us in the blind with our assumptions!

The media would never say, and can't say: That woman had it coming!

What's really scary about these incidents, is that it could happen to any of us, yup, take up a gun and start shooting! The dangers of not knowing our breaking points!

Once the point is broken, we've all reverted to animals again! And we all are, basically, animals!

You know, guns are interesting............because marksmanship training is one method to teach mind over body control to include anger control.

One calms the mind so to calm the body so to be able to put rounds on target.

Odds are, though, that if one wanted to address ways of handling anger, marksmanship training would never be brought up, accepted.

What an interesting world.

We have mentally ill people in this country who go undiagnosed. They don't know how to cope or ill equipped to cope with the world around him. Ask one parent or sibling of a mentally ill person and you will find the nightmare they live trying to cope with this person. Its extremely difficult to force someone to get help, I know I lived this nightmare. You can try as hard as you can to get police, medical people involved but until the ill person commits a crime they will do nothing. And then its too late.....

I use to look at parents or siblings of people who committed violent acts like why didn't you get them help. But its not that easy, they face a huge uphill battle, living in fear themselves. They go through their life savings, just trying to help this person who thinks their fine that getting a speeding ticket every few days is no big deal. You pray each time they go out they won't hurt anyone.

That is interesting. But there are many more effective ways for mind over body control such as meditation and non contact sports.
