When you get two whacko organizations competing with each other to see who can kill us first, that seems pretty darn scary.

ISIS has 2 Japanese hostages they are going to shoot if they do not get money.

It is probably like New York back in the 60s when a bomb went off 3 or 4 different groups would be on the phone claiming responsibility. I remember a Puerto Rican independence party was always one to call in.
