If I were the principal, I'd keep a phamplet or two in my desk drawer on home-schooling for just such cases.
In fairness though, at least she didn't run down the principal with her car while yelling Allah Akbar over the insulting tail-light.
As if people need public-school principals to hold their hands and slip them a pamphlet if they decide to homeschool . Whether you are aware of it or not your comment reinforces the anti-homeschooling prejudice that exists in some quarters by promoting stereotypes that they follow deviant religion, are dangerous-to-society insane, cannot function in society, and managing to connect homeschooling with vehicular murderers and Islamic terrorists all in just two sentences. Congratulations on posting one of the most efficient posts referencing homeschooler stereotypes I've ever read - seriously, putting indignation aside, it is impressive how much two sentences can communicate. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you just think homeschooling would be a better option for families who object to the symbolism of public school buses than complaining to the media. Before one posts one should be aware whether the content will reinforce a prejudice that one wants to eliminate.
Anyone that has ever ridden on a school bus knows those things are designed by the devil.
I feel sorry for that woman's kids. Talk about a living hell.
