Let the chips fall where they may. He is neither a teenager nor a young adult committing sexual transgressions. For someone like him I have no pity.

If he is truly guilty, then they should throw the book at him.

They got this charge in just under the deadline of the statute of limitations. Hopefully you are right and his money won't get him off easy. What an evil person.

Presently I can't say he is an evil person; if the allegations are true, then yes, he is an evil person.

I HONESTLY feel betrayed by someone I thought so very much of in the past.

He seemed so wholesome, so upstanding. He actually lectured "daddy's" on being there to raise their kids, and when he chronicled what they went thru with their daughter Erin's drug issues and the loss of their son Enos when he was murdered, I thought what a tough, tight family to be able to endure such and still be so strong.

As a family, we so enjoyed watching the "Cosby Show" and just felt it was so positive and nurturing as we dealt with many of the same issues with our kids, things all parents of those days could relate to if their kids were similar ages at the time.

I at first thought the "reports" could not be true, but after multiple women came forward, and the stories were so very similar in content, even I had to admit I was taken in by someone I thought was the "all American dad".

I am most ashamed that he was not man enough to admit he was at fault, and even more so that his wife was more interested in the marriage and what it provided her than the truth.

I now can't help but wonder if any of his daughters were victims living in the home with him at the same time. When a wife is willing to turn a blind eye, then you wonder if she would support her children....

Too many people have made similar accusations against Cosby for me to seriously think he is innocent. Not only that, but his method of operation is similar in all the cases. He is alleged to have drugged these women and than taken advantage of them.

I sit here crestfallen. I held this man pretty high on a pedestal, despite the fact he fathered a child out-of-wedlock. Cosby supported the politicians that I supported. He said all the lines I agree with. Little could I guess that privately, he was behaving in such a disgusting manner.

Perhaps, Cosby will do the honorable thing which I think in this situation would be to take his own life.

What all of us need to ask ourselves is why it took so long for these allegations to come out. Is a man so powerful that even a dozen or more victims dare not stand up to him? If that is the case, we need to make our system more amenable to victims. They need to feel as though they can come forward without fear of repercussions.

Yup. According to his own admissions on a past deposition, he admits to drugging for sex. Sounds pretty evil to me, too.
