LOL, seriously? She had NO other way of venting her rage? I understand that her video will be on the web forever; but this is assault, no matter how justified. I the idea that she could permanently maim someone without any recourse just doesn't strike me as appropriate.

That's not just embarrassment. That could mess someone up for a long time and is quite possibly just as illegal as throwing acid on them.

She should be prosecuted for her crime of assault but on the other hand, he should have some kind of punishment for taping her without her consent.
