While the cop had good intention and good heart, he did the wrong thing here.

A business can not and shouldn't have to support anyone out there that is stealing regardless why he/she is stealing. Leave it up to the business owner to decide if they want to give away free stuff or not, not the police.

There are food banks out there that can give free food to those that need it. I guess it is easier to go steal for some that don't take advantage of those food banks.
