I agree, it is not up to unelected judges to make laws based on there own personal feelings and PC sensibilities.

You agree it will be overturned? Well, thanks for letting everyone know that you failed to read the article, which clearly indicates that the ruling is based on established precedent.

As a side note, it is very telling that you dismiss opposition to racism as merely being 'PC'. That says volumes about you.
