Aw man, he went shakie on them. Better than going postal. Is there a point or is this just show and tell?
Not that it isn't good show and tell, I'm just at a loss for comment.
Mcd's has been sued for not paying their employees fair wages for time worked- Other day heard one of the Wawa's was not allowing anyone to go to the bathroom in 8 hr. shift. I had a fight once with same no bathroom break- I got sick with a UTI cost me $90 Dr. visit meds and time off- good it was my part time for a short time- but they do MISTREAT you- and sometimes it is all you can do
Thing is with these places, and I worked for a fast food place is it sometimes depends on the manager. They can be really good or they can be nuts. Some are real megalomaniacs and think they can control people to the max. It is often not the corporate policy to treat their employees this badly but employees are afraid to report their bosses for fear of being fired which is a legitimate concern.
I was lucky I had a great manager and it wasn't McDonald's. With McDonald's, it seems like it's the corporate people who are the creeps. I would never work for them to begin with.
but based on what I have read, I can't believe these low class fast food workers expect to get paid for working such a crappy job. Low wage workers are today's slaves. Shut yer yap and work. If you get a couple hundred bucks a week, thank your God because its more than you deserve.
There are restaurants where the wait staff are expected to act bonkers. Ever go to a pepe de buca?
Some Micky Dees worker went bonkers.
So what.
