Fired McDonald's worker had a total meltdown - Business Insider

Quote:
A video shows a McDonald's worker breaking glass and throwing drink machines and food during a paycheck dispute with his manager.

In the video, the worker is heard screaming "I get treated like sh*t" and refers to not getting money for clocking out at a certain time.

LOL "You need to leave."

That guy is not too bright either.

911 should have been called immediately.

Aw man, he went shakie on them. Better than going postal. Is there a point or is this just show and tell?
Not that it isn't good show and tell, I'm just at a loss for comment.

I find it odd that his name has not been released yet.

Was he really allowed to just "leave" after what he did? Seems a criminal record is in order, or maybe that should be add to his record.

Thing is with these places, and I worked for a fast food place is it sometimes depends on the manager. They can be really good or they can be nuts. Some are real megalomaniacs and think they can control people to the max. It is often not the corporate policy to treat their employees this badly but employees are afraid to report their bosses for fear of being fired which is a legitimate concern.

I was lucky I had a great manager and it wasn't McDonald's. With McDonald's, it seems like it's the corporate people who are the creeps. I would never work for them to begin with.

If I had to tolerate the smell of McDonald's all day long, I'd probably snap, too.

I couldn't see the video for some reason,

but based on what I have read, I can't believe these low class fast food workers expect to get paid for working such a crappy job. Low wage workers are today's slaves. Shut yer yap and work. If you get a couple hundred bucks a week, thank your God because its more than you deserve.

There are restaurants where the wait staff are expected to act bonkers. Ever go to a pepe de buca?

Some Micky Dees worker went bonkers.

So what.
