Can't be very comfortable, if the nerve ending and blood vessels there are constricted by the size it wouldn't be very sensitive or good for the health long term the guy would have problems peeing.

I'm not anything official, although I often do reports threads here that get political. In this case I was just trying to understand what point the poster was trying to make with his comparison of Brazilian society liking butts better than boobs to this case, where a young man has an actual deformity. I just didn't see any connection and thought maybe I missed something.
