Logically, I know this. But I still hate that damn dog.

I'd be calling until the issue was resolved. No damn way would I have my sleep disturbed for a barking dig. NOT happening.

I don't have any pets now I did small little dog pretty quiet. some dogs need a muzzle- something is wrong with them- have a Friend who can't leave home because of the dog- I'd be bye bye doggie- go to a farm . but he found some herbs to quiet the animal - got it from the vet.
I, however, fault the owners that do not care about any one else. they should get fined for distrbing the peace.

I've been attacked by dogs and driven nuts by excessive, nonstop barking.

In most cases, the owners are hostile and blame me, if I politely bring up their dog's inappropriate actions.

Ever notice how dogs bark and howl to high heaven when an emergency siren sounds off? Someone needs to invent a device with a higher frequency--above the range of human hearing--that would drive a dog nuts.
Once your neighbor's dog started in, you could aim the invention at his house, turn it on, and leave for vacation, or whatever.

Get a noise activate speaker tied to some obnoxious music (depending on what you think that might be). When the dog barks, the sounds starts the speaker. Get one of those directional speakers so that it beams right into their room of choice.

When they ask you about it or complain, explain that if the dog doesn't bark, the speaker remains silent.

They make them, you can adjust the threshold of how loud the sound is that sets it off.

Directional speakers can project sound to very specific areas from a long distance. No one else other than those in the line of the sound will hear it or if they hear it, it is very muted.

Depending on where you live you can beam Rush Limbaugh or Rachel Madow into their windows. Rotate the sounds and they will go through periods of extreme gushing or ranting like lunatics.

Ha. This is so tempting. I have Christian neighbors with a yapping dog they ignore. I think I'll choose the Muslim call to prayer for them.

I mean is there any other case that might be more obvious? I guess this owner has developed a habit of ignoring everything. Probably neighbors tried to explain her what the problem is - she ignored. Then she got a letter in mail - she ignored it. Barking dog is owners responsibility no matter how one tries to play it.

You're disgusting. Poisoning is a cruel death for an innocent animal.
