How come these fights never happen at Bloomingdales?
I think their customers are more likely to be much better educated, better behaved, and wealthier...but such people may be going to Walmart, too. I've never seen such fights at one Bloomie's or other upper scale department stores at malls.
Personally I rather get my taxes done at H&R Block where the people who work there act in the professional matter. As for the poor goldfish, it probably would not survive through a customer returns department.
I'm not excusing what the customer did. But, the employee was clearly seen in the video walking away, only to turn back around and get in the customer's face. If the employee had her back turned and had been assaulted, i would say yes, she's a victim. But she did instigate, and should be terminated by Jackson-Hewitt, at a minimum.
The employee turned around because the white girl called her a *****. Then the tax lady started calling her mother a *****. At least, that's what I saw. Up until that point the tax lady was walking away from the situation. I guess the tax lady didn't like having someone show up at her job, start giving her a bunch of crap, then calling her a ***** when she tried to de-escalate by walking away. I can see that. How much crap was she supposed to take from the white girl? Even then, the tax lady just got in her face until the white girl sucker-punched/head-butted her. Then she just threw her to the ground - she didn't even punch her back.
Smart-ass white girl might think twice in the future before she calls someone a *****.
I'm just wondering where those people are who keep saying that things like this doesn't happen at Walmart are. One needs to be banned & the other fired.

'Not going to stop me from shopping at Wal-Mart. I've never witnessed anything abnormal in the stores I've been to, and the local one here is a perfectly "civilized" store.
But I HAVE seen "behaviors" in other stores around here, including Target.
The skinny chick started the fight so she should be charged. The other woman was defending herself. I don't know about you but if someone headbutted me I'd go off on them big time.
Agreed. Pretty sure she doesn't get paid enough to just sit there and take abuse.
However she should've been professional enough to walk away before it escalated to the point of needing to defend herself. That's what she should be let go for, not for defending herself.
Gotta side with the employee on this one. She tried to walk away.
