Uhhh so what if he asked to inspect it. All he said was "i'm the po-lice." Didn't show ID, badge, anything. Nothing. Supposed to comply with orders of some creep in a liquor store parking lot in Fayetteville? Yeah, no. The cop had no grounds to ask the guy to leave, at all. It's not private property and that is a VERY popular hangout spot in Fayetteville.

Of course the news doesn't show you this part. It doesn't fit their pre-determined narrative.
Staged?? Not at all. Everyone has cameras these days in their pockets, all you have to do is take it out and push 2 buttons. This took place in literally the best and most built up "neighborhood" (it's a commercial district not a neighborhood) of Fayetteville. This liquor store is right across the street from the mall and shares a parking lot with numerous other businesses...it's an extremely popular hangout in town.

The news doesn't show this part?? Wrong! That exact video is exactly what they showed.

B. This article is probably giving just enough info to make readers mad
C. Ive witnessed accounts like this and the person in question is rarely the innocent little angel they are made to be.

Scenario: Person is drinking a metal can while sitting in a liquor store parking lot. Cop approaches and questions. Person drinking assumes they are being profiled and gets an attitude. The attitude adds tension and validates to the cop that the person drinking is up to no good. Person drinking isnt complying. Cop arrests. Media biases. Readers mad.

Seen in a thousand times on COPS.
Scenario II: Person is drinking clearly marked iced tea in liquor store parking lot which shares land with about 25 other businesses. Strange man aggressively approaches and questions, offering no proof of identity or authority. Person drinking rightfully assumes they are being profiles and rightfully gets an attitude. The attitude adds tension and the cop decides now is the time to randomly bark out orders he has no authority to give. Person drinking rightfully doesn't comply. Cop abuses power. Readers mad, man drinking DEEMED BY A JUDGE TO HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG AND CLEARED OF ALL CHARGES.

As I said in another thread:

Just another day in America. That man will now learn what sort of world he truly is living in, and will live in fear of even looking at anyone in their eyes. Or he'll sweat a little harder each time he does. 'Murica is very unsympathetic and it's the poor victims of discrimination/racism/prejudice that have to figure out how to cope and move on and try and live life "normally".

Yeah. In that thread you apparently didn't take the time to find out that it happened in Paris, not the USA.

Well this is an opinion, and you are certainly entitled to it, but no proof that I'm wrong.

In pursuit of a felon they can but the felon has to be believed to be residing on the premises.

Bounty Hunters for bail jumpers.

Theft is a crime as well! I wouldn't have given that officer my drink either.
