Sorry about the "no Link" I guess for the younger members who might not know, she was a supermodel. When I saw the picture I went yuk. Okay so she has a 48 year old body that has borne 2 kids. I just don't think it's something to be displayed. Maybe, it's time to stop posing for those kind of pictures. Ya think?
I always admire celebrities who don't mind being real - it's refreshing. Whether CC intended for the photo to surface or not, it's out there and she hasn't made any excuses for it. Jamie Lee Curtis posed for a very "real' shot in 2002 in her forties - definitely not glamorous but SO WHAT.
Real women, especially those who subject their bodies to the rigors of childbearing, are imperfect. We have lumps and stretch marks and jiggly parts that never bounce completely back into 20 year old shape. It is what it is. And it has all been worth it.
We honestly don't care whether younger people find us attractive. I promise. We have our own full lives and loved ones that we're living for. Whether some unrealistic and naive person ten or twenty years our junior thinks we're sexy is the furthest thing from our minds. In fact, if we knew about their musings, we'd probably roll our eyes and laugh out loud about it - even better if we share the laugh with a few other imperfect women over a bottle of wine!
I think she still looks Great! News to the youngsters that think she is gross. you will look like that when you are 48 if you are lucky.
Cindy C is a sexy woman and we should applaud her for being real in this fake is better society.

Exactly! Good for Cindy whether she posted her picture or someone else did. She certainly did not "shoot herself in the foot" by doing so and saying she did was an insult and rude to her. Very immature.
She is a lovely, successful woman and is still great looking. It's a great picture and no one cares that it shows if she has some stretch marks or shows a bit of age. We should all look so good as she does however how old she is.
I have never seen her infomercial but I understand she is advertising a face and not a body creme.
A true non-story but I do laugh at the info-shows pushing creams, balms and ointment for women's skin above the neck only. They always comment that their skin looks years younger.
Well, what of the carbunckles on their arses or the nasty paper thin skin on their hands/arms?
What is considered "skin" in the world of beauty? The face?

Um, because your face is what the public will always see so you want it to look good? Your face is what gets wrinkles. Are you a man? Not sure how you are even questioning it.

Anyone of any age can get a carbuncle anywhere - maybe you'll get one soon and you can tell us all about it.
As for "nasty paper skin on their hands/arms" - what age are you talking about for pete's sake?
