Nice friend. Unimaginable. Even if he didn't legally have to jump into water and save him, he should be guilty of manslaughter for not throwing him a life vest or even calling 911.

it didn't say the "friend" was intoxicinated. He could of at least dialed the authorities

I don't see how he could just go to sleep while his friend drowned. No conscience whatsoever.
