Eh, nothing more than standard war games by the Iranians. Like every other country, they have a right to conduct war games, no matter how ridiculous they may be. That said, Iran knows that it couldn't beat the US in a conventional war. The one thing that makes Iran somewhat competitive in a head-to-head match-up with the US is the same thing that made the insurgents in Iraq competitive: a full scale war with Iran would require ground troops and, while US troops would abide by the laws of war, the same can't be said for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard.
