You mean like what the OP did with "Left Leaning?" Funny I did not see you comment then. Or are you doing the same? I know you folks confuse easy, but this is about a Terrorist, not left or right. Try to focus. Have another cup of Tea.

It's a win-win for do-nothings. I think you (whatever your political persuasion) want to mimic European Hitler' appeasers of 1938 who refused to face the world as it is, instead clinging to an illusion of stability a German strongman could provide to the Western Europeans (at a small cost of some insignificant countries). Your stability is well worth of Gaddafi, Sadam, Putin etc. doing what they please. You are not alone, the Europeans are appeasing again (Obama assists). One cannot freeze the looming changes to preserve an illusion of stability.

You seem a bit confused. The question is - is Libya worse off after the removal of Gaddafi, is Iraq worse off after the removal of Saddam Hussein - the answer to both those questions is a resounding yes. My concern is foremost for the democratic Western world - is the West, the US, in a better situation? I would say clearly no. Those monsters helped to keep those societies in check - and for all their tyranny, it's apparent that violence and atrocities (if human rights in those countries are genuinely your concern) are worse.
As for 'appeasement' - when it comes to defending the West, the United States - I would like to have seen some request (a draft would never have been accepted) from the government in the aftermath of 9/11 - for everyone to somehow pitch in (not solely the military and their families) - along the lines of Rosie the Riveter, anti-terrorism bonds etc. Instead the country was steered into an erroneous war, hemorrhaging lives, money and credibility. And the nation was urged to buy big screen TVs. I would also like to see a coalition of countries, the US, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, even Japan put an end to so-called IS once and for all.
Iraq was a disaster - a god-send to the Islamists and enemies of these United States, the same can be said of the fiasco in Libya. Be a hawk when necessary, but dumb foreign policy is worse than merely flailing, it gives succor and aid to your enemies.

You're either a fool or a troll or both. I was merely citing one example - Iraq (incidentally a far bigger faux pas than Libya due to American and allied lives lost, rhetoric, money, and logistics). I have zero partiality when it comes to foreign policy. There's plenty to hold Obama accountable for - e.g. blithely declaring there'd be no boots on the ground to combat so-called IS in Iraq was a terrible mistake. Your assumption that one has to be aligned with a political party is quaint and absurd. It may pass muster at the town hall meeting, but out there in the big wide world is inconsequential blather.

all of the world should unite together and wipe all this isis crap off the face of the planet, and america needs to once and for all close its doors to anyone else wanting to come here.
Whatever prison they are in I hope they are isolated and not allowed in the general population to recruit more people.

Why is he called "Jihadi John"? His name is Muhammad, and if they wanted to shorten it they could've tried "Jihadi Moe".

Can't do that. It would be an insult to the Three Stooges. With luck, we can call him "Toast" before long.

They're don't. This is an absurdity. I don't know a single Democrat who hates Jews. Many Democrats have problems with Netanyahu and his administration because they keep doing stupid things. Breaking treaties, stealing land, antagonizing Muslim nations, etc, and all at America's expense because when Netanyahu's mouth writes a check it's America's ass that has to cash it.

Netanyahu is angry with Obama because he doesn't bend over backward for the Netanyahu administration and their foolish, aggressive policies the way past US Presidents have. I applaud Obama for not kowtowing to bullies. I have many problems with the Obama administration but this is not one of them.

You said it LeavingIl I didn't, at least not in this post. As far as Obama being a Marxist Muslim if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck.... well. Why don't you examine some of his policies concerning the Muslim and examine and take a look at who some of the people were that influenced his earlier education (and Hillary's). No, Christians aren't one of the most persecuted religions, hell no. That's why they are having their heads chopped off (along with others) by ISIS and weren't a large group of Christians just taken prisoner by ISIS within the last few days? What is their fate going to be? Better check that one out. Meanwhile here in the USA they are being FORCED by "law-fare" waged by the p.c. left mostly to "accept" and even celebrate things that go against their beliefs. All the while there is a purging of everything that resembles anything Christian from the public space. Again, by law-fare. But no, Christians CAN'T be victims, it goes against the progressive left's ideology. They are NOT one of the left's pets. Just forget about it LeavingIl.
These are all just silly platitudes with no basis in reality. Obama has killed more Muslim terrorists than Bush, actually found and killed Osama bin Laden, and has strengthened America's standing in the world through diplomacy. And as far as American Christians being forced to celebrate things against their beliefs that is an absolute, flat-out lie. You are a liar.

So am I to understand you advocate the same kind of extremist behavior that they do for people you disagree with? Do you consider that kind of reactionary judgment to be the American justice system as created in our Constitution?
