Sorry, I laughed a little bit at the parody, when that truck pulls up (and no, I don't find ISIS funny at all for those that might get upset).

Dakota Johnson

Quote:
A “Saturday Night Live” commercial spoof is stirring outrage online over its depiction of a female high school graduate who leaves her family to join the Islamic State militant group also known as ISIS.

The ad, starring “SNL” host and “50 Shades of Grey” star Dakota Johnson is a spoof of the Toyota commercial that portrays an Army-bound daughter being dropped off at the airport by her father. In the “SNL” version, though, the daughter is being picked up by Islamic militants in a Toyota pickup truck.

I don't get the laughter. How many people have been beheaded, caged and burned alive by ISIS...yet Americans sit and laugh at a SNL parody?

The humor proudly escapes me. So call me what you will, and let the arrows fly. I'd rather die myself than see the humor in all of this.

Why would anyone other than a member of so-called ISIS be offended? It's Daesh and those idiots who might join them who are the butt of the joke.
