I say keep Daylight Savings time. Love having a lot of daylight left after I get off work. Makes if feel as if i didn't spend my whole day working and I actually have time to do other things.

It took me all of 5 minutes to change all my clocks in the house and my wristwatch at about 8:30 PM. Then, since it was 9:35 PM, I went to bed, read for an hour, and turned the light out.
In other words, a regular evening at home. I got up at 6 AM, just like always. No lost sleep at all! No problems at all.
I like it just the way it is. Leave it alone!

I freakin' hate DST. Here in Florida, the last thing needed is more sunshine.

The main reason they do the DST is to make sure it's light out for the kids when they walk to school in the morning while not having it get light out at 3-4AM in the summer.

If I could I'd keep it on the summer schedule and just have it dark out later in the winter, but the safety nannies won't go for that.

As it stands, it's not something I give much thought towards. I don't make it a big deal, and if it wasn't for someone posting this thread it probably wouldn't have crossed my mind all year long until November in which case it would have been a 'nice, got an extra hour this evening' thought and that would have been the end of it.

I would call this a 'first world problem' .. something people complain about just so they have something to complain about.

Agreed! It's wonderful to come home and have a couple of hours to walk the dog, sit on the porch and enjoy myself before the sun sets.
